Each week, a new quote, lyric, theme or screen cap will be posted. It is your job to create an icon/fanfic from that material, plus any materials you own. All programs and techniques are accepted. Then at the end of the week, all entries are gathered and everyone votes for their favourite icon. The fanfics are a seperate vote. The quote, lyrics, theme or screencap is inspiration. For fanfics, you don't have to use it, just it inspired the fic. For icons, if it is a screencap challenge, then it must be in the icon somewhere, but does not have to be the main or only image.
